All stereo.
Almost finished. its all primered but not painted to match the car yet. I still need a little bit more time to finish sanding. |

this is the first layer of fiberglass for the side and bottom. i just repeated it on the other side. |

i made these support rings to hold up the subwoofers. they weigh 30lbs each so the fiberglass wouldnt be able to support all the weight. |
this is just a few close ups of the supports. i used 3/8" doll rods to hold them up. |

this shows the angle the subs will be at when all completed. it would be hard to show this with the fiberglass in place. Also one of the two actual subs that will occupy the box. |
This is the Lanzar Opti 2000D mono block amp i chose. It puts out 2000watts @ 1.3ohms. I have my setup at a 1ohm load. I rarely use all that power for bass. its more so i can use the efficiency of the amp to push those huge 15's and make then hit and sound more like 12's. But its nice to know its there. I am now having to have my rear window re-sealed cause it separated the glass from the sealant. |

This shot is of the rear seats folded down. its still a little rough in areas, but its really comming together nice now. |
This is the view that everyone will see. I dont have the Amp installed in this pic so you can see how the wires find their way to the amp.
The wires come up from inbetween the two boxes and thru that hole that suspends the amp. then the wires run underneath the amp and to either side. so youll only see about 1-2" of wire at any time.
I plan to install red neon lights under the amp to glow onto the box. |

This gives a better idea of how this box is designed. the grey side sits in first. then the red sits down on top and interlocks leaving only a small line. |
Just to show my Amp a little better. |

93 Accord SE Coupe
This car was a tempoary car when my 87 accord got wrecked. well i drove it for damn near 8 months before my supra came. so i custom made this box. its made out of 3/4 MDF and 1" padded vinyl exterior. and in the rear deck under the amps is the Rockford Fosgate logo made out of acrilic mirror and sunken into the padded vinyl. this was a show quality box and still was able to hit 146Db in a sealed 4 cu. ft box. at least a full cubic foot under the minimum needed for the subs. this was a great sounding car. on so far had the best Sound Quality of any car ive owned. My supra isnt finished yet. |
